Returns Policy
If you would like to return your order, please contact us to arrange this.
We accept returns with a full refund (excluding any delivery costs) if the goods are unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, as after that we cannot offer a refund.
We are very careful when delivering orders to our customers. However, if you receive faulty or damaged goods, for a refund please send us a photo of the order within 24 hours of receiving the item(s). The damaged item photo must show the damage in its entirety and not just a single detail of the damage. Please thouroughly check your items on delivery.
You will receive the refund from Stripe within 5 working days, after we have received and checked the returned items.
If we are unable to supply you with a product because it is no longer in stock, no longer available, we cannot meet our delivery date or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this via email and we will not process your order.
If you have already paid for your order on our website, we will refund you the full amount (including any delivery costs) within 3 working days.
